Everything you need to know before booking your first class 

CRUSH Studios is located in central Haarlem, around ten minutes from Heemstede by car. The studio is also easily reachable by bike using the cycle paths that connect Heemstede and Haarlem. Visit our contact page for the full address, a map and parking details.

No experience needed at all. The High Intensity Reformer class is designed to welcome complete beginners while still challenging experienced movers. Your instructor will demonstrate every exercise, offer alternatives where needed and make sure you leave feeling like you know exactly what you are doing.

The easiest first step is our intro package, which gives new members the chance to experience CRUSH at a reduced rate before committing to a membership. From there, you can book directly through the online schedule or the CRUSH app.

Grip socks are the one essential item you need that you might not already own. They keep your feet stable on the reformer carriage and are required in the studio. If you do not have a pair, we sell them at CRUSH. Beyond that, bring comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle.

Most members notice a difference in how their body feels within the first two to three weeks of regular training. Visible changes in strength and muscle tone typically follow within four to six weeks of consistent attendance. Two to three classes per week is the recommended frequency for the best results.
