After years of practicing Barre herself, she knew it was the perfect complement to her other practices. For years, her life revolved around the stage, so it\u2019s no surprise she brings grace, strength, and precision to every class.<\/p><p>When she discovered Pilates, it gave her a whole new way to move: building strength in a powerful yet sustainable way. It was an instant connection, fusing her life-long passion for ballet with a focused and effective workout that increases strength, length and alignment.\u00a0<\/p><p>Martine soon completed intensive barre training and has been sharing her love for Barre with NL at her LaBarre studio for over 10 years. Her enthusiasm for the practice has only grown, and she cherishes every moment teaching and weaving her complementary expertise in Pilates and yoga into each workout.<\/p><p>Martine\u2019s deep understanding of how the body moves and her dedication to supporting clients makes her classes a joy to attend.. Today, he\u2019s a 5x Dutch Champion and European Vice Champion in Latin dance.\u00a0<br \/>That same precision, control and strength is exactly what he brings into the studio.<\/p><p>Alongside competing, Peter has spent years teaching everything from Zumba and bootcamps to dance classes across Amsterdam (and even appearing on shows like Dancing with the Stars). She studied dance at the Dance Academy in the Netherlands and you can still regularly find her on stage. That same energy is exactly what she brings into the studio.\u00a0<\/p><p>Alongside performing, Sofie discovered her love for teaching back in 2013 and has been helping people move stronger and with more confidence ever since.
